Space & Aviation Sciences

Aims to collaborate with universities and research centers, which are the cornerstone of SSASA, in order to establish educational connections between members by hosting training courses, workshops, specialized seminars; in addition to issuing periodicals, holding conferences, and inviting scholars to participate in them.

Air Transportation Industry

Revolves around aviation services, commercial aviation, and careers in line with Saudi Arabia’s quest to leadership in aviation industry, SSASA aims to empower empirical and applied knowledge for members of community in order to contribute to the growth of this industry.

Space & Aviation Industry

Aims to link the outputs of engineering universities with the military industries of air systems and satellites that operate to achieve many objectives such as developing and localizing space sciences and technologies, and creating new opportunities to support Saudi economy. Therefore, the role of SSASA is to build a research, media, and educational platform that is accessible to all members and individuals interested in the field.

About the association

The Saudi Society for Aviation and Space Sciences is a scientific society founded at King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specializing in the field of aviation and space in the Kingdom.

The association aims to develop theoretical and applied knowledge, provide scientific and applied consultations and studies to the public and private sectors, and hold multiple specialized activities, in addition to covering all local, regional and global news and events related to the field.
